Complaints & Returns

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your product, provided the item is unused and returned in its original condition. The right of withdrawal does not apply to audio or video recordings if the seal has been broken, nor to underwear. Additionally, discounted items are not eligible for returns.

If the product received is defective or incorrect, Yaeger Music AB will cover all associated shipping costs. In other cases, you will be responsible for return shipping charges.

The customer is responsible for the shipping cost. If you need assistance with your return, please contact us at yaeger@yaeger.se.

Delivery

All orders are shipped from Sweden via Postnord. Shipping costs are determined by weight and destination.

To find out the shipping cost for your order, add your items to the shopping cart and proceed to checkout until you select your delivery method. The shipping cost will automatically update in your order total before you need to enter payment information.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with delivery details.

 

For all destinations outside the EU, customers may be required to pay import duties and taxes. These vary from country to country, and Yaeger has no control over these fees. If you are required to pay import duties and taxes, the courier will contact you directly, and your order will not be released until payment has been made. Please contact your local customs office for further information regarding these charges.

 

If Postnord is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, multiple failed attempts to reach the customer via the telephone number (required at purchase), or for any other reason, Yaeger will not be responsible for covering return shipping costs charged by the courier.

Similarly, Yaeger is not responsible for costs associated with re-shipping goods to the customer. In these cases, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to returned packages due to unsuccessful delivery.

 

Yaeger is not responsible for unexpected delivery delays caused by circumstances such as severe weather or natural disasters. Similarly, we are not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances related to the courier itself, such as shipping delays. Likewise, Yaeger is not responsible for stolen packages.

 

In such cases, please contact your courier directly for inquiries regarding your package status.
